Our services
We buy gold and silver jewellery, coins, bars, scrap and dental gold, and we are an agent location for Western Union, MoneyGram and Ria money transfers. All services are provided in person at our store. We do not buy or sell anything online.
Eligibility and identification
You must be at least 18 years old and present valid government-issued photo identification to sell items or send a money transfer. We may decline a transaction where identification cannot be verified, where we have reason to believe items are not yours to sell, or where a transfer appears to be fraudulent or coerced.
Buying precious metals
- Testing and weighing are carried out at the counter in your presence. Testing may involve a small scratch on a testing stone or on an inconspicuous part of an item.
- Offers are based on the tested purity and measured weight of the metal, the market price at the time, and our purchase percentage. Offers are valid at the time they are made and may change with the market if you return later.
- Sale is final once you accept an offer and receive payment, unless the law provides otherwise. You receive a receipt describing the items, weights, purities and price.
- Ownership. By selling you confirm the items are yours to sell and are free of any claim. We cooperate fully with police in cases of stolen property.
- Examples and figures. Worked examples in our guides use illustrative prices and are not offers. Our offer is made in person after your items are tested and weighed.
Money transfers
Transfers are provided by Western Union, MoneyGram or Ria under their terms and conditions, which you receive before you confirm a transfer. Fees, exchange rates, delivery times and limits are set by the provider. We act as an agent location and are not responsible for delays or errors caused by the provider, the receiving agent, or incorrect receiver details you supply. Refund and cancellation rights are described in the provider's terms and on your receipt.
