We want everyone to be able to use this website and visit our store. This statement describes what we have done and how to tell us when something falls short.
This website
goldmoneyhub.ca is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. In practice that means: text and background colours meet contrast requirements; every image has a text description; all pages can be navigated by keyboard with a visible focus indicator; headings and landmarks are structured for screen readers; text can be resized to 200% without loss; nothing flashes, and animations are turned off when your device asks for reduced motion.
Known limits: the interactive Google map is a third-party component and is offered as an optional load with a text alternative (address, directions link).
Our store
The entrance is at street level from the plaza parking lot. Our counter staff speak English, Hindi & Gujarati and are happy to read out test results and offers, explain anything in writing, or take extra time. If you need a particular accommodation, call ahead on (905) 514-5141 and we will do our best.
